About Jia

Jia is an AI-powered hiring platform that enables recruiters to interview, assess, and hire candidates faster through conversational AI, analytics, and automation.

We believe the future of hiring is human-centered but AI-assisted — empowering recruiters to focus on people, not paperwork.

Jia is built by the team behind White Cloak Technologies, the company responsible for UnionBank Online, UnionDigital Bank, and Ayala Zing. The company is in its early growth stage, and we are building our founding growth team to scale Jia across the Philippines and beyond.
